Almchalet Flattnitz

Almchalet in the cottage village Flattnitz for up to 10 people with exclusive equipment.

The Almchalet in upscale mountain chalet style, suitable for 8-10 people is sheltered on the edge of the forest next to a stream in the Almhüttendorf Flattnitz at 1,400m above sea level in 100m distance to the skilifts.

The house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with balcony, equipped with double beds, furnished entirely with pine solid wood.

The bright children's room with dormer is equipped with 4 beds (a bunk bed plus a pull-out bed, separate for 2 pesons) and a built-in wardrobe.
In the living room there is also a pull-out couch for another 2 people and the possibility of an extra bed or a crib in one of the two bedrooms.

The 31m² living-dining area is equipped with a full-size wooden kitchen with granite countertop and wooden counter, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer area and a coffee maker. Everything is also available in terms of dishes and kitchen utensils.

In the living room, a massive farmhouse-style jogging table including a wooden corner bench offers seating for 10 people.

Besides the 5m² finnish sauna with additional steam function, the house has 2 separate bathrooms with shower and toilet.

The building is heated in the bathrooms and in the anteroom with underfloor heating, in the living room with two infrared pictures on the wall and above all of course efficiently with a 10kw strong RIKA Swedish stove with wood.
In the bedrooms on the second floor you also heat with electric radiators if necessary.

Outside, the building has a carport for one car, another parking space and a terrace of over 27m.

The winter paradise Flattnitz is located directly in front of the mountain hut, less than 100m from the lifts (1,400m to 1840m). Experience unique winter fun for the whole family, as a couple or with friends, with many winter activities (skiing, cross-country skiing, ski tours, snowshoe hikes or tobogganing) right outside the cottage door.
