The Eberstein ski area is a panoramic ski area with a fantastic view over half of Carinthia. Due to the special location of the Saualm in Carinthia, as the only valley next to the Koralm open in a north/south direction, it is very sunny and offers the best view of the Carinthian countryside.

Around the ski area there are special places of power, such as the Eklogitstein, a wedding stone, a semi-precious stone with garnets and diamonds, which should not be missing in any collection, or the Kugelfichte a natural monument, as a spherical spruce, like a deciduous tree, or the Näpfchenstein, which proves that there has been settlement here for 6,000 years, so if Frozen Fritz had been found here, he would probably be called Schweini.

Around the Steinerhütte there is the fossilised wild boar trail, which is an ideal excursion destination, especially for families.
