The small but charming ‘Ferienhaus Hermi’ is just the ticket for those who appreciate not only its proximity to the ski and hiking areas, but also the short distances to all key amenities (slopes, shops, the main square, Tenne, Planai, the water park, fitness centre, pharmacy, banks and restaurants).
The house offers a cosy, homely atmosphere.
Thanks to its prime location (central in Schladming), you can reach all the main attractions in just a few minutes without using your car. The Planai valley station is just 400 m away. The town centre, with all its shops and restaurants, is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.
The centrally yet quietly situated Haus Hermi offers you a homely feel in a spacious apartment for 5 people (6).
The approx. 80 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the house. It comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 large kitchen-diner. Separated from the living area, there are also 2 showers and a toilet.
Parking spaces and storage facilities for ski equipment are also available. Two of the three rooms have a balcony with a direct view of the Planai finish slope.
The ground floor is occupied by the owners. The Hermi holiday home is a ‘non-smoking house’.
However, we recommend that all our guests book a box (i.e. a heated box) when purchasing their ski passes for the Planai Stadium – this makes your stay more comfortable and also enhances the après-ski experience.
You do not need to bring bed linen or towels.
The price for the apartment per night/tourist tax is 250 euros.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted.
Not suitable for school groups or youth groups.
