The region Romantisches Franken includes the Frankenhöhe Nature Park, a low mountain range with a rich variety of flora through which the Altmühl and Wörnitz rivers flow. A cycle path network of over 1600 km of uniformly signposted routes invites visitors to take relaxing tours.
