Located in a quiet valley within sight of the magnificent scenery of the Dachstein Mountains, we welcome you to our house.
We have 3 warm and comfortable apartments in the "Ober tal" (upper valley) in Rohrmoos in the ski region of Schladming - Planai.
The ski slopes are just a few minutes away by bus or car with cross-country ski areas just a short walk away.
Enjoy the peace and comfort in our warm and friendly, family-style cottage "Landhaus Neubauer".

Wir sind ein Sommercard-Betrieb. Gratis die Gondeln benutzen, keine Mautgebühren, freier Eintritt in Schwimmbad, Badeseen etc. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, Parkplatz und Skikeller vorhanden. Brötchenservice, Massagemöglichkeit im Haus. Grillhütte und Brunnen in unserem grossen Garten.
Neu im Winter: Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.
Kleine Almhütte in unserem grossen Garten zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen, Fondue-Essen, heissen Stein essen, Feuerzangenbowle. Gerätschaften dafür stehen gratis zu Verfügung.
Seit letzten Sommer haben wir auch einen beheizten Out-door-pool in unserem Garten.

Apartment A:
The apartment is on the ground floor and is for a maximum of 2 people. It has the following amenities:-
Bed/sitting room: with double bed, dining table with 2 chairs and Satellite TV.
Kitchen: with Microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, 2-ring hob and sink.
Shower-room: with Shower, WC, sink and towel rail.
Private access is available via the large terrace.
Cost is €56 per night for up to 2 people.
Apartment B:
The apartment is on the second floor and is for a maximum of 4 people. It has the following amenities:-
Bed/sitting room: with double bed, couch (converts to bed for third person), satellite TV, dining area with table and chairs and access to the large covered balcony.
Kitchen area: with Microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, 2-ring hob and sink.
Bathroom: with shower over a large bath, (additional charge of €5 for use of bath), WC, sink and towel rail.
Access is via a wide tiled staircase.
Cost is €70 per night for up to 2 people. Extra person(s) charged at €8 per night.
Apartment C:
The apartment is on the second floor and is for a maximum of 4 people. It has the following amenities:-
Bedroom: with double bed.
Sitting room: with couch (converts to a bed for extra person(s)), satellite TV, dining area with table and chairs and access to the large covered balcony.
Kitchen: with Microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, 2-ring hob and sink.
Bathroom: with shower, WC, sink and towel rail.
Access is via a wide tiled staircase.
Cost is €80 per night for up to 2 people. Extra person(s) charged at €8 per night.
Ski cellar, Wifi, bread service and parking available.
Final Clean €30 per stay.
