Ideal, quiet location
The Theresia - an ideal location in the skiing area, just 5 to 8 minutes walk from the centre of the village along the main walking trail. Opposite the hotel you will find a baby lift for the beginners, the "Mitteregg" and "Bergfried" lifts by which you have the access to the extensive ski area - the so called "ski circus" Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, the largest interconnected skiing area in Austria.
You start you skiing pleasure directly at the hotel at the "Mitteregg" or "Bergfried" draglift. You can reach the hotel from the south side and the north side as well - without using a car or ski bus. If you wish to start you ski run at another end of our extensive resort: just take the free ski bus that stops directly in front of the hotel (approx. every 20 minutes).
Take advantage of the excellent, multi-lingual ski instructors of our partner-ski school & rental "SkiLL". Ski school meeting place and practice area with exercising lifts opposite the hotel. On top of this ski pass purchase point in the hotel.

ORGANICALLY CERTIFIED Alpine GOURMET CUISINE
Unique taste and healthy cuisine combined at a high level - awarded 1 toque in the Gault Millau restaurant guide 2023.
The extended half board includes for early risers (from 4.00 - 7.30 am) “Early morning” coffee & tea in the hotel lobby, excellent breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold dishes. Late riser breakfast until noon; cakes are served in the afternoon. In the evening, guests may choose between different 5-course gourmet menus, plus vegan organic whole food menu and regional-traditional menus. A fresh salad and raw food buffet is also included.

The GREEN SPA hotel
If you want peace and quiet, time to re-group your thoughts, and pamper both body and mind, the Theresia is just the place. The spa is simply magnificent, with heated (30° - 38°C) indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, 6 different saunas (seperate textile an nude sauna area), Turkish baths and a massage menu, not to mention delightful mountain views. The beauty and treatment areas are stunning, all with state-of-the-art facilities. The SPA treatments feature eco-certified cosmetic products only.
The panoramic fitness studio with modern equipment is open all day.

Rooms and suites with breathtaking, unobstructed views
53 different rooms and suites in different sizes and designs –from modern and stylish or classic and elegant to rustic and traditional – guarantee a one-of-a-kind holiday experience.
All rooms and hotel suites are equipped with wooden floors, cable TV (including Sky), at least 2 flat screens in all suites, a free Wlan, bathrobes, slippers, umbrella, electronic baby monitor, direct-line telephone and mini bar.
On request, we have anti-allergenic bed sheets, more or less hard or soft mattresses, ergonomic pillows, etc.

Guaranteed free parking space for each room directly at the hotel. Underground car park. There are 3 e-filling stations.

For kids
The year-round Kids Club (English speaking nannies) entertains and cares for youngsters aged three and over.
Our exclusive ski school service for families:
The instructors drop your children back at the hotel once the course is over. Should you still be out enjoying yourselves then there is no need to worry: The instructors ensure that your children are handed over to our childminders at the Kids Club.

• Our special for environmentally friendly travel * by train to Zell am See train station (25 km from the hotel). If you stay 1 week or longer, we offer you an individual free transfer with our hotel bus taxi.

Tipp:
The shared shuttle taxi service brings you (6 times a day) cheaply and quickly from Salzburg or Munich Airport to Saalbach-Hinterglemm - to the hotel.

All our staff members and the owners speak English, we translate everything for our English speaking guests: the menus, the brochures, the weekly activity programme etc.
