GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING OUR HOUSE
central location, a one minute walk to the cable-car in Kappl and to the
skibus-station to the silvretta ski area Ischgl-Samnaun (distance 7 km);
heated room to put skis and boots;
parking in front of our house,
daily fresh milk and bread on request for the apartment;
close to our house are restaurants, sports-outfitters and apres-ski

visitor's tax € 3,-- per person and day (children till 15 years free of
charge)
cleaning fee for the apartment at the end of the stay - € 85,00 till € 100,00
depends on the number of persons

*Chek-In 14.00 Uhr/Check-out 09.00 Uhr
Location plan: you stay on the main-road in direction Ischgl - you pass the
cable-car - then you will see a hotel - at the Hotel you just
turn right - then you are directly in front of our house.

WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING

APARTMENT 1, FOR 2-6 PERSONS
1 double-room (also possible as triple room for 2 adults and 1 child - sofa-
bed 1,7 m long) with shower/toilet, satellite-TV and balcony, 1 triple-room
(double-bed and single bed) with shower/toilet and satellite-TV, separate
completely equiped - nice kitchen

*The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with a fridge, a dish-washer,
coffee-machine cooker, toaster, microwave, electric-range and all dishes
and kitchen utensils, and you can order every day fresh bread and milk if
requested.

• APARTMENT 2, FOR 6-8 PERSONS*

INFO: the offered unit is not a self-contained vacation apartment in the
classical sense. It includes 3 or 4 separate bedrooms with kitchen-living room on different floors, the kitchen is not accessible to other guests.

*2nd floor:
1 double room with shower/WC and balcony next to it 1 triple room with
shower/WC and balcony
*Ground floor:
1 triple room with shower/WC next to it the spacious breakfast room
completely furnished as a kitchen-living room.
