The gentle sport cross-country meets the silent touch of nature

In Rhêmes Valley you can feel in every season a great peace: it is a place where the "silence of nature" can still perceive. Rhêmes Notre Dame is located on the border of the Gran Paradiso National Park at a height of about 1700 m altitude.

Although the town has modernized over the years and has been growing, but could still retained its authenticity, they make it an excellent alternative to the more frequent ski resorts.

At the foot of the Granta Parey glacier the broad valley of beautiful Rhêmes Notre Dame is home of the cross country trail with a total length of about 13 km through the impressive landscape, which is characterized by its magnificent pine forests.
