Hotel Tofana

The inspiration for the architecture of our Tofana EXPLORER’s Home designer hotel in the Dolomites are the MOUNTAINS. Outside, the silhouette reflects the shape of a MOUNTAIN PEAK, inside you sense mountains and nature: The restaurant reflects the theme of ALPINE PASTURES and the MOUNTAIN CAVE, the bar symbolises the FIREPLACE, and at the top of the ICE covered summit the wellness area has found its place. The rooms in our designer hotel in the Dolomites benefit from stunning design: simple but comfortably furnished they are your BASE for your holidays in the Dolomites. A further highlight is the Reception which is located inside a cable car.
Ski:
The Alta Badia Skiarea is perfect starter point for every typ of skier, here you will find easy and more difficoult slopes. We are connected with the "Sella Ronda" who is the most beatiful trip all around the mountains, S. Cassiano is also connected with the popoular Cortina , from the top of the mountain Lagazuoi you'll find a unique 7 km long slope.

Hiking:
Hiking become more and more popoular in the wintertime, the walks between the village's in Alta Badia are prepared and easy to walk for every one. On the top from Piz Sorega we have also the possibility to walk all around ' till the next Hut's to warm up yourself with a hot tea. We promise you the view is breatthaking.

Cross-country-skiing:
Next to the village, in 5 minutes drive, we have a wonderfull cross-country-slopes, more then 15 km prepared slopes who run's in the wood's and in open space's, for beginner's and also for athlete's, you 'll meet there a lot of athlete's like our olympic winner Maria Canins who teached also if you need to improve your skills.
