Summervacation in the Lungau Region

Summer holidays in the Lungau area delight visitors with fabulous colours, melodies and aromas. Nature awakes from its winter sleep and shows itself in a wonderful sea of flowers. Mountain pastures, lakes, streams, valleys, snowy peaks, craggy rock faces and forests invite visitors to spend their holidays actively or in a totally relaxed fashion doing nothing at all. The attractions are varied, including castles, palaces, pilgrim churches and museums. The traditions and culture of the Lungau people are kept alive in many events with customs, music and tasty treats.
